 | While still in his twenties, Vanio Tezza took over the family estate after the death of his father and has successfully balanced a respect for the traditions of Ripasso production while keeping pace with modern winemaking. Deep garnet coloured in the glass and offering suggestions of plum, date, juniper, dried cherry and spice on the nose. Dry and medium bodied with great black fruit, juniper and spice on the palate and a long finish. An ideal match for braised meats. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
