A great carmenere |
 | This is a blockbuster Carmenère that is sure to turn heads! Deep purple in colour with a layered nose featuring maple bacon, blackberry, black cherry, coffee bean, violets and leather. It’s dry, full bodied, ripe and generous with loads of black fruit, mocha, peppery spice and smoked meat flavours balanced by plush tannins and fresh acidity. There’s vanilla and spices on the medium-long finish. Excellent! Drink over the next eight years. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue. |
