Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Valerie Stride rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

If you're the kind of wine lover who likes fresh, crisp, dry white wines, this is most definitely a white wine that you should put on your wine bucket list.
A Bordeaux-style white with a mix of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon, this wine was fermented in stainless steel and neutral oak barriques. Only 535 cases were produced for this vintage.
Its pale lemon colour is a sight to see, and its bouquet hones in on intense citrus notes of lemon-lime sorbet, pink grapefruit, white peaches, and that herbaceousness you come to expect with new world Sauvignon Blancs. The citrus notes on the palate are tart, but satisfying. The medium length will show kiwi, which I found really neat!
Pair with traditional fish and chips or lemon pepper chicken wings. A true competitor for white wines in Canada.

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
