Tasting note:

Made from organically grown grapes, this wine is another product of famous flying winemaker/consultant from Bordeaux Michel Rolland. This opaque, deep-purple wine has notes of cassis, licorice, black raspberries and smoke. It’s an ideal wine for dinner parties and special occasions. Food matches: meatloaf, chambertin cheese, Korean food, bean based dishes, veal marsala.
