 | Ruby-red. Plum, dark raspberry, mocha, spicecake and tobacco on the complex and inviting nose. Supple and sweet but with lovely intensity and chocolatey ripeness to the plum and currant flavors. Plush and palate-saturating without coming across as heavy or overly sweet. Finishes with substantial tongue-dusting tannins and very good length.
