|To make this hugely popular wine, Moueix sources grapes – mostly Merlot – from several of St-Émilion’s best and most consistent small growers. Expect aromas and flavours of cherry, cedar, chocolate and black pepper. Medium bodied, it should work with a variety of late-summer foods.|
