Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Loaded with orange blossom and cherry aromas on the nose and fresh fruitiness and lively acidity on the palate. The 2009 vintage was even better than 2008, so expect more great results. My note: Provençal roses taste so delicate up front yet they pack a long and lasting flavour punch on the finish that seems to last as long as a sunset over the Mediterranean. Ripe strawberries waft out of the glass and over your mind and shoulders. Relax and unfold with the wine. Food matches: bacon-infused risotto, grilled fish with an herb rub.
