Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Jean rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:
Full bodied. Dark colored. |
 | From a very good vintage for this vineyard … made of Mourvèdre and Syrah, with Syrah prominent in the fine bouquet, part barrel-aged (in new and used casks), has a full-bodied mouth-feel, good concentration, with structure provided by elegant, amiable tannins. Very, very good, and easily able to stand up to comparison with wines from appellations like Crozes-Hermitage and St. Joseph. Source: Jon Bonné, San Francisco Chronicle |
