Gold Medal at the 2012 Concours Général Agricole in Paris. A terrific wine from a lesser-known Bordeaux appellation from in the stellar 2010 vintage. Aromas suggest currants, spice box, cedar and other red fruits. Dry, medium- to full-bodied with intense aroma replays on the mid-palate. There is structure here for ageing (3-5 years), but it is drinking so well now, you really don’t need to wait. Full-bodied & Firm. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, June 2012
