Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | The millstone standing in front of the chateau recalls the former milling activities of this estate. The “clotte” in the name refers to a water source in the local dialect. This 2005 is a good example of the wines produced here now: dark colour, intense aromas of preserved fruits, leather and spices. With its smooth and fat substance on top of ripe tannins, this wine can be enjoyed without further aging. Score: HKK Source: Guide Hachette |
