This wine won a Gold Medal at the 2011 Concours Général Agricole, in Paris. Rich nose, featuring mulched leaves, blackberry, plum, smoked meat and pomegranate. Dry with forward fruit tones and cedary tannins bringing structure. This powerful wine is great now and will also continue to improve in a cellar for 2-3 years. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.
