Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Gold Medal winner at the 2010 Concours Général Agricole in Paris. Aromas of cherry, plum, prune and cola burst from the glass. Dry and fruity, but very nicely balanced by fine tannins and fresh acidity. Nice fruit-driven finish makes this wine perfectly approachable now. It will also evolve admirably in cellar for up to 3 years. My note: Rustic and cedary with wild red berry notes. Straight-up pleasure for a Bordeaux bargain price. Food matches: beef from a slow-cooker.
