Well-made Bergerac (which is located just east of Bordeaux), featuring aromas of blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, cherry and leather. Dry and fruity with a lively leathery mid-palate. The body and finish are both medium, meaning this is an ideal wine for a variety of lighter- to fuller-flavoured meat dishes. Medium-bodied & Fruity. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, July 2012
