Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Regardless of where the grapes are sourced, AC Bordeaux Clairet is the only designation allowed for Bordelais rosés. From the 2007 vintage, this rosé is a blend of 50/50 Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. An excellent fall sipper, this crisp, raspberry-scented wine is perfect. My note: A light, pleasant rosé with ripe raspberry and strawberry notes. Food matches: grilled salmon, roast chicken, roasted root vegetables.
