Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Grown in the brick-red clay and chalk of the Bekaa Valley, the wines of Ksara are acclaimed as some of Lebanon’s best. This wine is no exception. Notes of plum, mulberry, raspberry and cassis offer an exotic introduction to the wine. The palate follows in kind, but adds a charming touch of cherry stone mid-palate. This is a dry blend. My note: A simple, tasty, full-bodied red with dark fruit, smoke and a savoury, mouth-watering finished. Great for meat dishes. Food matches: roast leg of lamb, meat.
