Gorgeous concentration with peach-marmalade preserves and a honeyed apricot finish. Lovely as dessert on its own or with biscotti or fruit- or nut-based desserts.

2009 vintage. Gorgeous aromas of apricot, peach and honey which all come through very nicely on the palate and balanced with fine acidity. Absolutely delicious! Tasted June/2012.

2007 vintage. Seductive aromas of honey and apricot that follow through on the palate. Very good acidity that will allow this Icewine to be paired with a meal. Outstanding offering that is excellent right now, and could rested for up to 5 years. Tasted Jan/2012.
