Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | This is a rare Cognac made entirely from the Folle Blanche grape, all from a single vineyard. Medium amber with bronze highlights, it is quite fragrant and nuanced, suggesting honey, marmalade, dried apricot, vanilla, bergamot tea, and candied citrus. Dry and medium bodied, it has a very smooth texture and deliciously complex aroma replays, particularly of the honey and vanilla. A touch of caramel sweetness adds delight to the long finish.
