Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2008 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. This lovely wine is laden with red fruit and berry aromas. Some chocolate and toffee round out the experience for a decidedly delectable offering. Dry, medium bodied with good length and fruit throughout. My note: Rustic and robust with classic Bordeaux styling. Aromas of cassis and blackberry. Somewhat sauvage, but very pleasant. Needs 1-2 hours decanting. Food matches: braised meats, ratatouille.
