Chante Cigale Châteauneuf-Du-Pape Blanc Roussanne Clairettes Bourboulenc Grenache Blanc 2007
Tasting note:
The wine is a blend of equal portions Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairettes and Bourboulenc grapes. A gorgeously viscous texture with alluring aromas of fig, almond, peach and field flowers. Full-bodied, mouth-coating goodness. Food matches: mild curries, lobster with mayonaise, salmon, chicken enchiladas.
