Tasting note:

Chocolate and mocha otes with some dark fruit. Tannic so decant for 2 hours. You'll enjoy this red bastard. Food matches: pasta with tomato sauce.

Aromas of vanilla, spice, chocolate and tobacco mingle with excellent notes of rich dark fruits to create a very complex and pleasing nose. Dry and medium bodied, the palate has more rich dark fruit with spice and chocolate notes. Smooth tannins and excellent balancing acidity keep everything in line. Delicious with pasta and tomato sauce, especially when the sauce is simmered and thickened to concentrate the flavours. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
