Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Over fifty years ago Joe Ceravolo’s family came to South Australia from Southern Italy – where his family has been making wine for generations. Joe’s Italian heritage comes shining through in this remarkable Sangiovese. Dry and medium-bodied, this wine features fresh red cherry and spice flavors balanced by some refreshing acidity leading to a persistent finish. My note: Lovely dark red fruit notes with some mocha. Great, mouth-watering acidity for food. Food matches: pasta in tomato sauce, grilled vegetables, veal scallopini.
