Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: This Savvy exemplifies the stellar ’07 vintage. Loaded with aromas of nectarine, hay, crushed rocks, passion fruit, and a hint of black licorice. Dry, medium bodied, with a round yet lively texture and nice fullness of flavour. Bright fruit is balanced by ample zesty acidity. Medium-long fruity finish. Chill for about two hours to accentuate its varietal characters. My note: Crisp and delicious without being grassy. Mouth-watering acidity adds maximum refreshment and food versatility. Lovely! Food matches: grilled prawns, calamari.
