Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Cattail Creek Estate Winery officially came into existence in 2006, but the Dyck family have been growing grapes in Niagara since 1957. This candy-apple-red rosé presents a sweet and expressive nose of fresh raspberry, watermelon, strawberry and sweetgrass. Slightly off-dry and medium bodied with lots of sweet red fruit, and crisp acidity providing harmony. A tasty sipper. My note: A deep cranberry-rich rose with fleshy ripe berries. Very pleasant, mindless sipper. Food matches: turkey sandwiches with cranberry sauce.
