Europe meets the New World in this fine South African Shiraz. Filled with bacon, plum, blackberry, tilled earth and smoked meat aromas and flavours. Dry, smooth-textured wine with moderate tannins for some ageing potential (1-3 years). But why wait? Enjoy it now with grilled lamb chops or smoked ribs. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
