Tasting note:

Bring on the 2010 Casillero del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc! There are delivishly tasty notes of lime, lemon and gooseberry here that will make you want to pitchfork another helping of cheese. Food matches: grilled trout, antipasti, vegetarian appetizers.

Mark Cochrane rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review: Nice and light. I was really expecting a crisp Sauvignon Blanc but this wine had a softer and more full feel to it with a slight floral aroma. There was definitely some acidity present with the taste of lemon and grapefruit but there was also some melon in the background which gave it kind of a subtle sweetness. A really interesting wine.

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
