Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: This proprietary blend is comprised of 40% Viognier, 40% Sauvignon Gris and 20% Chardonnay. Sauvignon Gris is a somewhat rare mutated variant of Sauvignon Blanc that has a pink skin and produces a fuller-bodied wine than its famous relative. My note: A quirky, off-beat white. Food matches: grilled prawns, cedar planked salmon, asian dishes.
