 | Though Vin Santo, or Holy Wine, can be found throughout Italy, Tuscany is generally accepted to be the traditional home of this amber-coloured dessert libation. Rich aromas of raisins, dried apricots, almonds, apples and flowers are all enthusiastically replayed on the palate with an added tangy citrus note. Ideal after dinner, and for dunking biscotti.
