Vintages Wine Panel: You don’t have to be sitting on a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean to be enjoying this fresh, crisp, and flavourful Provence rosé. In fact, it doesn’t even have to be really hot outside because rosés are for more than just sipping during the summer. With aromas of rosehip, cherry, raspberry and red pepper, this is a great year-round meal-starter. My note: Lovely and light: like fresh washed laundry drying in a summer breeze. Makes you happy and filled with peace. Aromas of field strawberries. Love it! Food matches: ratatouille, tomato-and-herb-based fish, chicken dishes, baked ham.
