Capitel Nicalò Appassimento Classico Superiore, Tedeschi Valpolicella 2009
Tasting note:
Big acidity with black fruit and oak. Needs food. Full-bodied and fairly smooth. Food matches: Mediterranean dishes with poultry, white or red meat.

Great new wine. |
 | A blend of corvina, corvinone, rondinella, rossignola, oseleta, negrara and dindarella ... Beautiful nose, very appealing, fresh and ripe at the same time, fruity and spicy. Fresh, juicy and slightly bitterish (lovely!) in the finish. Nice gastronomic wine matching many typical tasty Mediterranean dishes with poultry, white or red meat ... Very nice wine!
