The 2010 was not reviewed at press time; the last three vintages all scored 90 and above from major wine critics. When you have names like Piero Antinori, Lodovico Antinori and Michel Rolland attached to the same project, you know the finished wine will be something special. An unorthodox blend of Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot, this distictive wine features plum, cocoa, woodsmoke, new leather and coffee bean aromas. Dry with exceptional fruit, lovely mid-palate tannins and a gentle acidity. Enjoyable tonight, it will also reward 3-5 years in a cellar. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
