Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: French Syrah character. Vanilla, garrigue, blackberry, pepper and nettle leaves. Dry, scrumptious with plenty of rich black fruit and spice replayed on the palate. A nice marriage of New World fruit and European character. Very drinkable tonight with pepper steak or lamb kebabs, but can be cellared 1-3 years. My note: Smoky mocha goodness with fleshy black plums and berries. Fantastic value. Food matches: pork tenderloin, wild boar, herbed tomato sauce dishes and mushroom-based dishes.
