Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: This clean, crisp, fresh white features grapefruit, green apple and citrus flavours, and a long, refreshing finish. A great match for stronger-flavoured fish dishes such as pan-seared mackerel with fresh tomato and bay leaves. My note: Zippy, come-alive aromas of grapefruit, white peach and lime. Mouth-watering green apple notes make this a wonderful aperitif and food companion.
