Spicy, acidic, tropical - this is a chardonnay that has a lot going on. I'm not much of chardonnay lover, but I love this one. Gorgeous finish, long and slow. The tasting notes we read mentioned cantaloupe: try as we might we never hit that cantaloupe... by the fourth bottle we kind of forgot what we were tasting for. What can I say, you can take the girl out of BC but you can't get her to put down the wine. |
