Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Bovin Venus is a blend of the local Vranec (whose name means "black stallion"), and Merlot. The aromas suggest raspberry, plum, cedar and vanilla. Dry and flavourful, this is an intriguing wine. My note: Savoury, juicy and meaty: just perfect for game meats and venison. Terrific juicy black plums and wild blackberry notes. Food matches: roasted pork, veal cutlets, spicy cheeses, game, venison.
