Tasting note:

Classic pinot grigio! White peach, a little grapefruit, clean and crisp with no heavy oak. Great aperitif or partner to many dishes. Food matches: fettuccine alfredo, risotto with shrimp or scallops.

Friuli’s position in Italy’s extreme northeast provides cool-climate conditions that allow for the production of crisp, structured wines. In this region Pinot Grigio will exhibit aromatic and spicy characteristics.
