This Viognier, layered with Muscat, is peaches and cream, apricot, floral and minerally. These are steep flavors propped up with acidity that resonate in the throat when you swallow. It has a mid-palate punch. Bonterra has grown organic grapes before organic anything became the rage. The Viognier is certified organically grown grapes. The winery has been 100 recent organic since 1993! And Robert Blue has been winemaker forever. Good stuff! Source: Sandra Silfven, The Detroit News
