Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Dark red. Charred black fruits and smoky oak on the nose, with hints of tar and menthol. Then sweet but restrained on the palate, with a firm edge of acidity to the currant and sour cherry flavours; much less roasted than the nose suggests. A fairly dense mid-weight that finishes with hints of licorice and herbs. Score: 88 Source: Stephen Tanzer, International Wine Cellar |
