Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | The name Blackadder immediately conjures images of Rowan Atkinson’s brilliant and infamous comic character, but here the name evokes the spirit of the legendary protector of Scotland. The term “peat reek” refers to the fabulous smoky/ earthy/iodine smell Islay scotches are known for. The uninitiated will find this rich and full-flavoured Single Malt an ideal introduction to the Islay experience. It can be enjoyed neat, or with added water to open up the aromas and flavours.
