Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: A wonderful expression of Knights Valley fruit, this blends Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Delivers complex aromas of spice, chocolate, minerals and wonderful black cherry and berry fruit. The palate is equally intricate with delicately layered flavours of chocolate, ripe blackberry, vanilla and spice. There is terrific structure here, with nicely balanced fruit and tannins and a medium-long fruity finish. My note: Rich, complex and multi-faceted. Classic cabernet aromas of cassis, blackcurrant and some tobacco smoke. Superb craftsmanship. Food matches: grilled steak, gourmet burgers.
