Tasting note:

Lovely dark chocolate, mint and blackberry aromas on the nose. Great structure and balanced, with full-bodied weight. Judicious use of oak. Great dinner party wine.

The BVE Ebenezer range pays tribute to many growers who have painstakingly nurtured their vineyards through good years and bad since settlement. Without their persistence and strength many of the great vineyards of the Barossa Valley
would be lost today.

Deep, rich, brick red in colour with a purple hue, this wine displays lifted mint, cassis, blackberry and black chocolate on the nose with hints of spice from oak maturation.

The palate is firm and fleshy with a rich supple mouthfeel and round structure. Well integrated oak and a lingering fresh finish combine to create an elegant yet powerful palate.

Fruit for this wine was sourced from three low cropping vineyards in the Barossa Valley, typical for producing wines that are rich and full bodied with intense varietal and regional character. Eighteen months barrel maturation in a
combination of French and American oak then two years bottle maturation prior to release ensures this wine if fully integrated and of the highest quality.

Crafted from 100% Barossa Valley fruit, every wine in the BVE range is made in the reflection of our world-famous E&E. A true expression of the richness and character of the celebrated region.
