Generous, even and balanced with classic dark fruit, sun-dried tomato and mouth-watering acidity. Medium- to full-bodied with smooth texture. Perfect for pasta night. Food matches: pasta, duck ragù with pappardelle.

The color of this wine remains a youthful purple, the fruit tense and bold. It has a cool, forest floor character, with conifer spice and porcini notes under the dark cherry flavor. The fruit seems to grow out of the mineral tannin, building textural amplitude and impressive length. A mouthwatering Chianti to decant for duck ragù with pappardelle.
