Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Badgstein, the first winery to export kosher wines from Argentina, was founded by an enthusiastic group of young entrepreneurs who challenged themselves to craft excellent quality wines while complying with the strict rules of the kosher tradition. This 100% Malbec was handpicked in the Luján de Cuyo region of Mendoza. Aged for 6 months in a combination of American and French oak, this medium full-bodied red is full of fresh red and black berry fruit flavors as well as notes of vanilla and coffee. My note: A simple, tasty wine with ripe purple plums and berries. Smooth and medium- to full-bodied. Food matches: sausages, steak and kidney pie, prime rib, cheddar, Adobo de Cerdo (spicy pork chop), bison.
