Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Argento’s Reserva Malbec offers unbelievable value. The purple-coloured 2008 features ripe raspberry, black cherry and sandalwood aromas, leading to a medium full body featuring more ripe berry fruit flavours and hints of cocoa, supported by mild tannins. Toasty oak notes are prominent on the medium-long finish. My note: Simple and full-bodied with black fruit. Food matches: Kobe beef sliders, lamb samosas.

Mark Britton rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review: This is one of the more basic Malbecs that the LCBO carries. Very fruit forward with little tannin and structure. But a very easy drinking wine which can be a sipper for any occasion as it doesn't require food as a pairing.
