Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Founded by Eduardo Chadwick, of Seña fame, Arboleda is dedicated to sustainable viticultural practices and preserving the natural environment of the Aconcagua Valley. This full-bodied Merlot is brimming with ripe blackberry, plum and wood-spice notes. Delicious and mouth-filling with a distinct purity to the fruit flavours. My note: A mocha-rich red with generous layers of black plums, blackberries and other dark fruit. Round and supple with a finish that rolls on to the end of the evening. Full-bodied. Food matches: polenta with sausage, baked meatballs with tomato and oregano, winter lamb ragout.
