Medium amber-orange colour. Aromas suggest binned apples, cinnamon, lemon meringue and rooibos tea. Sweet yet quite lively with intense and juicy apple-cinnamon replays supported by a ribbon of bright acidity. Medium-long finish. A match made in heaven for apple pie with French vanilla ice cream (even contemplate splashing a little over it). Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue
