Tasting note:

Full-on chocolate aromas even though the wine is dry. Richly concentrated with black cherry liqueur. Smooth and full-bodied. This one will last in the cellar a long time.

It’s up to you whether you want to add this rich, ripe, balanced, chocolate-accented wine to your cellar, or enjoy it this spring with bold braised-meat dishes. Either will work, because the structure is there for 4-6+ years of cellaring, but it’s also completely approachable now. Whatever route you take in this delicious dilemma, you won’t be disappointed.
