Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Lovely savoury Ripasso with expressive aromas of baking spices, cocoa, cherry and blackberry, with notes of smoked meat and tomato leaf. Dry, medium bodied with bright acidity and a core of spicy fruit. Lingering, flavourful finish. Enjoy this tasty red. My note: Juicy and savoury with aromas of black cherry bacon fat (love it), dark spices, vanilla smoke and happiness. Full-bodied and layered with good balance and finish. Food matches: meaty pasta dishes, veal chops.
