Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Ant Moore isn’t a fanciful moniker; it’s the real name of the owner/winemaker. Australian-born Moore controls every aspect of the wine-making, from the vineyards to bottling the finished wines. Complex and aromatic Otago Pinot with aromas of spring flowers, cherry, plum, earth and vanilla. Dry with a wonderful balance between the fruit, acidity and moderate tannins. Good ageing potential (3-5+ years). My note: Savory dark cherry flavour with some dark spices. Good richness on the palate with balancing acidity. Food matches: grilled game bird, veal medallions in a red-wine sauce.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Ryan Hindmarsh rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

If you buy wine by the pretty label, look no further. The best Pinot’s made by the Kiwi’s are made in Central Otago . However most are priced beyond our budget. This one is like Kramer in Karate class. It’s not fair …….. how inexpensive this is. Blast the door open to your buddies apartment and cook up the Ontario lamb from his fridge.
