Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Kabinett wines are made in a light style from perfectly ripened grapes. This Riesling bears a brilliant, deep straw colour, and aromas of grapefruit peel, green apple and peach. These notions are joined on the palate by fresh citrus flavours and a nice hint of minerality. This medium-dry wine has nice balancing acidity, and can be laid down for a few years (3-5+). You don’t have to wait, though – try it tonight. My note: Pear and petrol in a mineral deep white that yield fleshy ripe pear and peach. Food matches: butternut squash risotto, sweet-and-sour pork.
