Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | There’s a very nice ripe fruit quality on the nose, especially yellow plum, apple crumble, sweet pear and melon, plus hints of lees, crushed seashells and fleur de sel. Dry, simultaneously fresh and fruity with good replays of the nose. Elegant, balanced and poised with a smooth-as-glass texture. Medium-full bodied with a long, attractive finish. Try it with a variety of seafood dishes. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.
